A cryptic message from the police commissioner pulls UltraGirl away from her roommate Blake, straight into an ambush by HollyRope that leaves her powerless and captured. Blake discovers the abandoned power belt, dons the costume, and rushes to the rescue, only to be overpowered and bound and gagged alongside her. UltraGirl breaks free, snatches back the power belt, and takes down HollyRope, then lets Blake keep the costume as a reward for her bravery.
