A masked captor keeps UltraGirl bound on the floor, methodically adding rope until her elbows are cinched together and a crotch-rope tightens with every desperate pull of her wrists. He gropes and slaps her to assert dominance while she grunts and strains against her restraints. A final length of rope secures her into a strict hogtie, leaving the defiant heroine helpless but refusing to surrender.
