UltraGirl receives a call about a civilian that is in need of help asap! UG shows up the location to find a masked man tied to the chair. Unsettled, she investigates the situation, and proceeds to ask questions. The man is unable to speak, which makes UG even more suspicious. She debates letting the man go or not but worries if he is really an innocent victim. Going against her better judgement, she releases him from the ropes and soon after he attacks her and puts her out. Once she is out, the villain ties UG up, taking off her boots to do so. UG eventually comes to but the villain is ready to put her out again, with his white rag. Eventually, UltraGirl is extracted from that location by evil super Heroine
