UltraGirl remains captive after sacrificing herself for the mayor, locked in a cage with her wrists bound and mouth gagged. Her captors transfer her to a bed, stretching her limbs taut and securing a Hitachi vibrator between her legs to break her through forced pleasure. She fights the building sensation with everything she has, but the powerful orgasm tears through her as she writhes helplessly in the ropes. Shattered and dreading what comes next, she realizes this is only the beginning of her torment.
