Without her power-belt, UltraGirl is bound to a pillar with one leg raised and tied, forcing her to bear her weight against a tightening crotch-rope or endure the fatigue of standing on one leg. Her masked captor gropes her body and teases her as she grunts through her gag, defiantly mumbling about justice while the rope pulls tighter. He adds a second rope to her thigh, compounding her peril as distant police sirens offer no hope of rescue, and UltraGirl's leg begins to quiver under the mounting strain.
