UltraGirl tracks a masked trickster to his lair, where he strips her power-belt and leaves her bound and depowered. He shoves a large black ballgag into her mouth, gropes her, and secures a tight crotch-rope while taunting her with the stolen belt. Unable to free herself, she endures a hard over-the-knee spanking as he humiliates the helpless superheroine.
