UltraGirl (Sage Pillar) has tracked down a car jacking ring to a junkyard outside of Liberty City. After searching the grounds to bring the thieves to justice, UltraGirl is caught off guard and subdued. Now, helplessly hoisted several feet in the air by a crane without her boots and power belt, UltraGirl struggles helplessly hogtied and ballgagged, on display for the thieves' pleasure. Can she escape?
