UltraGirl tracks down the location of a fellow heroine's defeat, but a masked criminal ambushes her, strips her power belt, and drags her onto a mattress. He binds her wrists with rope, tapes her mouth shut, and replaces the belt with a tight crotch-rope secured to her wrists so every struggle delivers a punishing new sensation. The criminal gropes and spanks the helpless superheroine before cinching her into a strict hogtie, leaving her as living bait to lure the rest of the UltraGirls into his trap.
