UltraGirl has found the lair of the villain known as the Black Serpent, but when she arrives there's no one to be seen. The heroine searches around, looking behind things and in corners and doesn't realize the villain has snuck up behind her. The Black Serpent surprises UltraGirl and gains the upper hand quickly using her mesmerizing powers to entrance the heroine and lull her under a spell. UltraGirl is completely helpless and stares blankly as the villain strips her of her power belt and humiliates her. When UltraGirl comes to, she's bound and gagged and at the mercy of the Black Serpent who teases the heroine with her own belt. All UltraGirl can do is struggle and moan through her gag as the Serpent roughs her up, humiliates her, wedgies her and finally puts a vibrator between her legs. She will be used as bait to lure other super heros into the Serpent's lair.
