UltraGirl tracks down the masked criminal who has bested her before, but falls for his tricks again as he strips away her power belt, leaving her helpless. He silences her defiance with a cloth gag and medical wrap, gropes her body, smacks her ass, and cinches rope tightly around her elbows before adding a crotch-rope to the struggling, powerless heroine. More groping and punishment follow as he drags her deeper into his lair for further bondage.
