In this epic battle of wits and strength, UltraGirl (Randy Moore) takes on her arch-nemesis, The Black Cat (Christina Carter). But when UltraGirl falls victim to The Black Cat's potent cat claws, she finds herself bound and helpless on a spinning bondage wheel. The Black Cat toys with her, dangling her power belt out of reach and fondling her helpless body.
