Wonder Woman and UltraGirl both arrive on the scene at the same time, because Black Cat has stolen Wonder Woman's magic lasso! Before they know what's happened, Black Cat has lassoed them both, putting them both under her power! Black Cat orders them to fight, which they do until they are exhausted; then she removes both heroines' power belts, leaving them utterly defenseless! She then ties them back up with the magic lasso and makes them kiss each other! Then she fondles them both to orgasm, and then slashes them with her cat claws!! The heroines just lie there utterly defeated!!
