Karly Salinas, aka UltraGirl, finishes off her disguise when The Giggler (Constance) creeps up! Oh no!! The Giggler hand-over-mouth smothers UltraGirl—and the next thing UltraGirl knows is that she's tied up to her bed!! The Giggler starts to frantically interrogate Karly trying to find out where UltraGirl is! Apparently Karly's office clothes are enough to disguise her UltraGirl costume completely—ha! The Giggler decides that the best way to handle this situation is to tickle the bottom of Karly's pantyhose feet! HAHA! Karly laughs and snorts and kicks her feet, but she will not reveal her identity!! The Giggler begs to know where UltraGirl is and relentlessly tickles Karly's right foot! It really must be torture because Karly begs for The Giggler to at least change to the left foot! The Giggler keeps up the gig for SO LONG that Karly actually reveals that SHE IS UltraGirl!! The Giggler is in total disbelief!! After further questioning, The Giggler finds out that UltraGirl is NOTHING without her poewr belt … so she ties up UltraGirl in an intense hogtie! While UltraGirl is nice and disposed, it's time to rob some banks! The Giggler leaves UltraGirl to struggle in misery—unable to escape The Giggler's bondage trap!
