UltraGirl shows up for her shoot that she thinks is a great photographer, Kody. Kody tells her she's going to take a lot of great pictures and has UltraGirl get into different positions. But Kody is not who she says she is. She uses her camera to send a beam that freezes UltraGirl and Kody admits that her real name is Inertia. With UltraGirl frozen, Inertia takes her belt that contains her powers, takes off her shorts and leotard and leaves UltraGirl hogtied and gagged in her bra and panties. UltraGirl struggles but can't get free. Then Inertia comes back wearing UltraGirl's outfit and says she's going on a crime spree. After her crime spree Inertia comes back, freezes UltraGirl again to put her uniform back on so everyone will think she committed the crimes. Now a detective shows up, handcuffs UltraGirl and leads her off to jail.
