UltraGirl investigates Black Cat's hideout but falls victim to paralyzing toxin and awakens strapped to a diabolical strangle rack rigged with a vibrator—stillness brings quick strangulation while struggling triggers the vibrator and tightens the device after each orgasm, cycling her through pleasure and peril. Exhausted by the machine, she's lashed to a pole tightly with black rope with her feet dangling as Black Cat brings her to climax before leaving her to face circling coyotes in the darkness.
