UltraGirl loses her power belt to a villain and finds herself hogtied and gagged with a ballgag, helpless as the bad guy reveals his plan to use her as bait. Another UltraGirl from a parallel universe arrives to rescue her but is quickly overpowered, tied up, and tape gagged before learning the villain's scheme to capture UltraGirls across multiple dimensions using an interdimensional device. Stripped of their power belts and bound too tightly to escape, both heroines remain captive and gagged, waiting for another UltraGirl to attempt a rescue or fall into the same trap.
