The Feathercurist has become a public menace, and UltraGirl is dispatched to stop her. The villainess disables UltraGirl's golden belt with a special gadget and subdues the helpless superheroine, locking her into a salon chair with her feet secured in mini-stocks. With UltraGirl's boots removed and her nylon-clad feet exposed, the Feathercurist tickles her captive mercilessly while live-streaming the superheroine's predicament to the entire city. UltraGirl thrashes and begs for mercy, her belt of power out of reach, as she descends into hysterical laughter.
