A villain surprises UltraGirl mid-transformation, handgags her before she can secure her power belt, and drags her powerless form to a chair where she's bound and gagged with duct tape. When Blake discovers the abandoned belt and tracks the hideout, she's captured and tied to an adjacent chair, leaving both heroines gagged and struggling against their bonds for hours until UltraGirl breaks free and rescues her companion.
